Daily use

Brewer’s yeast tablets. Take 2 tablets 2-4 times a day. One tablet contains 500 mg of brewer’s yeast. There are 180 tablets in the bottle.

Expiration date

Flakes shelf life – 2 years. Tablets best before 1/31/2027. Store in a dry, cool place, 75% relative humidity. Keep out of reach of children.

Ingredients

Yeast, also known as Saccharomyces cerevisiae, is a single-celled fungus that is typically grown on grains like barley and wheat. After the brewing process, the yeast is separated from the beer and is then deactivated or rendered inactive. This inactive form of brewer’s yeast is what we commonly find in health supplements. May contain gluten.

Tablet ingredients: brewer’s yeast 90.1%, glucose syrup (water, glucose), adhesives: vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide. May contain gluten.
